At BADASS FIGHT, we stand behind every pair of gloves we make. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.
14-Day Easy Returns
Not the right fit? Not in love with the color or design? No problem.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, whether the fit isn't right, the appearance doesn't meet your expectations, or you've simply changed your mind.
You can choose between:

Free Exchange — Exchange your gloves for another available model or colorway.
100% Free Return Shipping
BADASS covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns and exchanges, including changes of mind, fit issues, and product defects.
We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange return shipping at no cost to you.
Product Condition
Gloves may be tried on to check their fit and appearance.
For standard returns and exchanges, products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with their original packaging.
Gloves that have been used for training, sparring, or bag work are not eligible for standard returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or another issue covered by applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your gloves arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right.
Contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any necessary return shipping, at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Simply email badassmailing@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your request.
Our team will guide you through the process and provide return shipping instructions.
Please contact us before sending any products back.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, you may choose another available model or receive a full refund.
Metallic Leather Finishes
Our metallic leather finishes are designed to stand out and require extra care. Natural wear and cosmetic changes may develop with regular training and friction.
Normal wear is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect. However, any concerns about workmanship or product quality will be reviewed individually.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
